please adhere to the following:

• Contact us by email no later than 3 days (72 hrs) from the date on your delivery receipt providing SCC with the specifics of your claim.
• You will then be contacted by SCC via return email with a unique claim number.
• Within 48 hrs you will be contacted by an SCC representative that will help you through the process.

In Stock Items will ship immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on most products. Please understand that certain custom designed products may take a little longer. Please contact us directly for an estimated date of shipping.
